The Urban Studio Apartments, designed by dsgw Architects, will attract people who work in downtown Duluth and make 50%-80% of median income or less annually.  They are one of the first downtown apartments to be built using green building practices with modern and energy-efficient features.  Women in Construction is now accepting rental applications for tenant availability October 2008.
